Lean Implementation Planning and Project Management

Description:  This course will take a detailed look into the systems required to conduct a successful program including unique issues, priorities, and time frames.

The goal is to provide assistance for continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and measuring performance.

Prerequisites: Principles of Lean Manufacturing with Live Simulation or equivalent.

Goals: Support of the training, and the application of the principles and concepts.

Suggested Participants: Production and support personnel representing a cross-section of the organization who make up the Lean Implementation team.

Class Size: Up to 8.

Program Length: 2 Hours.
