TRAINING WITHIN INDUSTRY
Help your supervisors and lead people sharpen their on-the-job skills. TWI consists of three programs that teach supervisors and team leaders the essential skills they need, regardless of industry:
- Job Relations – How to build positive employee relations, increase cooperation and motivation and resolve conflicts.
- Job Instruction -- How to quickly train employees to do the job correctly, safely, and conscientiously.
- Job Methods -- How to produce greater quantities of quality products in less time by making the best use of the people, machines and materials.
Participants attend class for two hours each day for five days, then return to the workplace after each session to apply the lessons, including specific solutions to workplace situations. Class sizes are small – typically eight to ten people – to keep everyone involved.
BASIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A 12-hour workshop for 12-14 participants that provides a basic understanding of the five processes of project management:
- Initiating
- Planning
- Executing
- Controlling
- Closing
AM&T’s certified Project Management Professional will help your participants understand the processes across all nine areas of Project Management (integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, and procurement).
