Event:	Mistake Proofing
Description:	This workshop focuses on how to make inexpensive changes to your production systems which can virtually eliminate errors, mistakes, and increase quality and customer satisfaction. In this workshop, participants will learn and apply these powerful techniques to reduce costs and dramatically improve quality. The following topics are covered: What is Mistake Proofing. Everyday examples. Mistake Proofing device types. Mistake Proofing methods and tools.
Prerequisites:	Principles of Lean Manufacturing with Live Simulation or equivalent and Introduction to Mistake Proofing.
Expected Outcomes:	Participants will experience first hand how Mistake Proofing reduces waste, and improves productivity and quality.
Suggested Participants:	Production and support personnel representing a cross-section of the organization.
Number of Participants:	Up to 8 People per Event.
