ISO Briefing: This
assistance consists of a presentation and discussion of the Standard and
is intended to provide management, supervision, and other identified
employees with a consistent understanding of the requirements of that
standard and how they impact companies. Each attendee will be provided
with a copy of the material presented.

ISO 9001:2008 Quality
Manual Assistance: The Standard stipulates that documentation which
supports an implemented system must include a quality manual which sets
forth the business policy relative to the requirements of the Standard.
AM&T will provide training and assistance in the creation of a quality
manual which satisfies the requirement of the Standard.

Operating Procedure
Assistance: AM&T will provide training and assistance in the
development / modification of operating procedures which are necessary
to demonstrate proper control of processes.

Implementation & Mentoring:
AM&T will assist in the implementation of operating procedures which
have been developed. That assistance will include ensuring end-user
understanding of the procedures as written and, after a trial period, an
evaluation of their effectiveness. If required, training and assistance
will be provided to make appropriate changes to procedures.

Creation of Forms and a
Master List of Controlled Documents: AM&T will create the required
forms to conform to written procedures and the requirements of the
standard. A Master List of Controlled documents will also be created to
satisfy the requirements of the Standard.

Pre-Assessment Audit:
AM&T will provide training and mentoring in the process of conducting a
full system pre-assessment which will evaluate the effectiveness of the
implemented quality management system and ensure that it is suitable for
certification by a quality system registrar.

Management Review: The
Standard requires that an organization conduct and document periodic
management reviews which are intended to assess the operational
suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality management
system. AM&T will provide the necessary training to ensure the effective
performance of the required management reviews.

Internal Auditor Training:
AM&T will deliver a three day training seminar designed to provide
designated internal auditors with an in-depth view of the Standard and
how it relates to business processes. Each attendee is provided with a
student handbook containing all materials presented in class plus a copy
of the checklist used by the Registrar in conducting their audits. The
first two days will be classroom training. Following the classroom
training, the group will be divided into sub-groups with each group
developing an audit plan and then audit at least one clause of the
Standard. Findings will be documented in the recommended format and will
serve as evidence of internal audit activity.

Internal Audit Service:
Conduct audits for company on scheduled intervals (monthly, quarterly,
etc.) to ensure system compliance Delivers completed audits to the
Standard with written report on findings and corrective actions to
address any non-conformances; a suitability, adequacy & effectiveness
matrix providing the basis for discussion in management reviews.
